I had a fantastic stay at this hotel with my wife during our three-night getaway. The atmosphere was superb, and we loved the serene ambiance along with the overall cleanliness. While I was a bit disappointed that the outdoor jacuzzi was closed, the Rain Suite more than made up for it. The staff, especially Shila, provided excellent service, although the dining could use some improvements. Overall, it's the best place to stay in Eilat!
